New Labor is a non-profit organization that strives to improve working conditions and provide a voice for immigrant laborers throughout New Jersey. With several branches in New Brunswick, Newark, and Lakewood, NJ, New Labor has organized migrant workers and educated them on their rights for over fifteen years.
In 2015, NJ Spark partnered with New Labor to begin production of a documentary that will help empower workers and educate the public on the widespread problem of temp labor. This is the result.
